Privacy notice
A clear explanation of what happens when you browse this website or contact Verix Technology.
This is a public information website. It has no visitor account, client portal, file upload or payment checkout. Its inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. Sending that email shares your information with Verix and the email providers involved. Optional analytics is not connected at present.
1. Who this notice covers
“Verix” and “Verix Technology” refer to the business operating this website. For questions, requests or grievances, contact verixtechnology@gmail.com and use “Privacy request” in the subject. This notice covers this public website and initial inquiries, including visitors from the United States, India and other countries. Client project data, workshop registrations and any future portal require their own applicable notices and agreements.
2. Information and purposes
| Information | How it is handled and why |
|---|---|
| Browsing and technical information | The hosting and delivery services receive network requests and may process IP addresses, requested resources, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Verix has not added its own form database or visitor-account system. |
| Inquiry details | Your name, reply email and message remain in the form until the email draft is opened. This website does not send those fields to a form server. If you choose to send the draft, Verix receives the email in Gmail to respond, discuss services and maintain relevant business correspondence. Your email application and providers also process the message under their settings and policies. |
| Preferences on your device | When you make a privacy choice, the site stores your analytics choice with its date and notice version in local storage. Motion follows your device’s accessibility preference. These preferences are not sent to Verix by the preference code. |
| Optional measurement | No analytics property is connected at present. The site contains an inactive, consent-gated Google Analytics integration. If configured in a future update, it is designed to load only after acceptance, with the further details below. |
3. Optional analytics and your choice
Optional analytics is currently not connected.
If enabled in a future update, Google Analytics would help measure page visits and broad interactions such as project exploration, workshop-link clicks and preparation of an inquiry draft. The integration is designed to send fixed event names, approved category labels and page paths, rather than names, email addresses, inquiry text, full URLs, URL query strings or external referrer URLs. Google would still receive technical information such as an IP address when your browser connects, and cookies may identify a browser. This is not a promise of anonymous processing.
The integration keeps advertising consent denied and disables Google signals and ad personalization in its tag configuration. There are currently no advertising pixels, session-replay tools, chat widgets or cross-site advertising integrations added by Verix. Hosting services may use their own necessary technology.
When analytics is configured, acceptance and rejection are offered equally. You can browse without accepting and revisit your choice below. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are treated as a request to keep this optional analytics off. Withdrawing consent prevents future collection by this integration; it cannot recall information already received by a provider.
4. Storage, cookies and duration
verix-privacy-choice-v1 records a privacy choice locally; the site stops relying on that choice after 180 days and requests a new choice when analytics is configured. Clearing site storage removes these preferences. A future Google Analytics configuration uses a 180-day analytics-cookie expiry without extending that expiry on each visit; provider data-retention settings are separate.
Verix uses relevant inquiries for responding, following up on the requested service, maintaining business records and resolving issues. Retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting agreement, legal obligations and a genuine need to preserve records. You can request deletion. Verix cannot promise deletion from independently controlled provider logs, backups or records that must legally be preserved. Hosting and email-provider retention is controlled by their services and settings.
5. Disclosure and international processing
Information may be handled by hosting, delivery and email providers and, if later enabled with consent, an analytics provider. These services may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to respond to a valid legal process or to protect people and legitimate rights, subject to applicable law. The website does not operate a data-sale or targeted-advertising program.
We do not describe client data as “never stored” or “never shared.” Any future client engagement must define authorized access, processors, confidentiality, retention, security and any AI use in a written agreement. The public demo uses no client data and makes no external AI calls.
6. Your requests and applicable rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or raise a grievance with an authority. Contact the privacy email above. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed. Mandatory rights are not waived by this notice.
Where applicable, processing may be based on consent for optional analytics, steps requested before a contract, legitimate business interests in responding to inquiries and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. These are not a claim that every law applies to every visitor. Local requirements may differ.
7. Security and children
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information and confidential client material out of the public inquiry form. A secure exchange process should be agreed before sharing sensitive project information.
This public inquiry channel is intended for adults and organizational representatives. Children should not send personal information through it. A parent, guardian or institution should contact Verix about age-appropriate educational programs. This website is not a student-registration system. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
8. Updates and provider information
Material changes to website data use will be reflected in an updated notice. A new privacy-choice version requires a new analytics choice. Provider information: Cloudflare privacy policy, and Google privacy policy. These links describe providers’ own practices; they are not guarantees about Verix.
